About the Role

We are looking for a driven Marketing Intern with a keen interest in Digital Marketing. This role encompasses:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Strategy:

    • Support the Director in developing materials and planning schedules to support in executing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue for our clients.

  • Social Media Content Creation:

    • Design and schedule engaging content (written, creative, or video) using tools like ChatGPT, Hootsuite, and Canva.

    • Enhance brand presence across various social media platforms.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Utilise Google Sheets and Google Docs to record, report on, and analyze marketing performance.

    • Generate insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.

  • Digital Tools Proficiency:

    • Gain hands-on experience with essential marketing tools, including Trello, Google Drive, Klaviyo, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Daily Tasks:

    • Review and report on social media content and posts.

    • Develop communications and documents for clients.

    • Update clients on campaign progress and feedback.

    • Brainstorm and develop ideas for branding and social media campaigns.

About the Role

As a Part-Time PA / Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in keeping our office operations efficient and supporting our team’s day-to-day activities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a creative marketing environment. You will work closely with our Director and team members, helping to coordinate projects, manage communications, and ensure the smooth running of our office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Director and team members.

    • Organise and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy access to key documents.

    • Duplicate processes and schedules across multiple projects and client files

  • Communication Management:

    • Handle incoming calls and emails, and liaise with clients and vendors in a professional manner.

    • Draft and proofread internal and external communications, including reports, meeting minutes, and client updates.

  • Project Coordination:

    • Assist in organising team projects and events, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

    • Use tools such as Trello, Google Drive, and Google Docs to track project progress and update relevant stakeholders.

  • Office Operations:

    • Support day-to-day office tasks, including supply management and coordination with our co-working spaces in South Yarra and Melbourne CBD.

    • Help prepare presentations and other materials as needed for client meetings and internal reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Administrative Expertise:

    • Proven experience in a PA, administrative, or office management role is preferred.
